Private beta
Terms of Service
Version 2026-08-06 · Last updated 6 August 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your access to Horizon Flow, an online, AI-assisted product discovery and prototyping service operated by Timothy Matheson, trading as Horizon Flow, ABN 89 383 425 740 (Horizon Flow, we, us or our). By creating an account, requesting beta access, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate account information, keep access links and sessions secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Private beta
Horizon Flow is currently an invite-only private beta. Features may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or withdrawn. Static publishing is available under the Starter plan. Creator billing and production live-runtime capabilities are not publicly available unless we explicitly enable them for your account. Do not rely on the service as your only copy of important material.
4. Plans, billing and renewal
The Starter offer is USD 9 for the first monthly billing period and USD 19 for each monthly billing period after that. Prices are charged in USD and include applicable indirect taxes where the configured checkout states that tax is included. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Stripe processes payments; we do not receive your full card number.
You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. We will disclose material price changes before they apply to a future renewal.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of ideas, instructions, uploads, feedback, prototypes, and other material you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transform, transmit, and display that material only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to produce outputs you request. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit and use that material.
Published Plays and review links may be accessible to anyone who has the relevant public or unlisted URL. You are responsible for deciding what to publish and for avoiding confidential, personal, or restricted information in shared material.
6. AI-generated material
Horizon Flow uses third-party AI services to generate and refine material. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, non-unique, or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review outputs and exercise independent judgment before relying on, publishing, or implementing them. We do not promise that an output is original, non-infringing, or legally compliant.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Horizon Flow to break the law, infringe rights, disclose information you are not authorised to share, distribute malware, evade security or usage controls, mislead others, harass or exploit people, generate unlawful content, probe the service, or interfere with other users. You must not resell access or use automated means to exceed documented limits without our written permission.
8. Service changes and availability
We may change limits, providers, workflows, and beta functionality. We may suspend access to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or manage operational risk. We aim to provide reasonable notice of material discontinuation where practical, but the beta is provided without an uptime commitment.
9. Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain all rights in Horizon Flow, including its software, interface, branding, prompts, documentation, and service design, excluding your content. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during your account term.
10. Consumer guarantees and disclaimers
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, the beta is provided on an “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular commercial outcomes, or that generated material will meet your requirements.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from the service. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful or harmful conduct, non-payment, or an unacceptable security risk. Provisions concerning ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination where their nature requires it.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the beta develops. We will post the revised version and update its date. If a change materially affects paid use, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires another form of consent.
14. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and applicable Australian federal law. You and Horizon Flow submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and courts entitled to hear appeals from them. Before commencing formal proceedings, each party should try in good faith to resolve the issue directly. Contact us at timothy@horizonflow.app for billing questions, complaints, or legal notices.
